Assistant Practice Manager – Brownlow Veterinary Centre, Ellesmere, Shropshire

Here at Brownlow Veterinary Centre, we are looking for an Assistant Practice Manager to join our well-established veterinary practice! • Maintaining a high standard of customer care
  • Liaising with the Practice Manager, Clinical Director, HR, BSM and other IVC departments as required
  • Managing customer concerns and dealing with complaints
  • Marketing the business to the local community and understanding the financials including payroll
