This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme.
If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change Veterinary Practice Management Association Ltd. will notify you ten working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
If an error is made by Veterinary Practice Management Association Ltd. or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building Society.
Please also send a copy of your letter to us.
The company name which will appear on your Bank Statement against the Direct Debits will be Veterinary Practice Management Association Ltd.
Your Direct Debit Instruction will be confirmed to you by email within 3 working days or not later than 10 working days before the first collection.
The Paperless Confirmation Letter will be issued within 3 working days by email of the sign-up process or no later than 10 working days before the first collection.
Any changes to the frequency or amount of your collections will be advised to you by email 10 working days in advance.
We will lodge your Direct Debit Instruction against the account provided within the next 10 working days.
