Business Relationship Manager – Wear Referrals, Stockton on Tees, Durham

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, and passionate Business Relationship Manager to join the Linnaeus Group. Preferably but not essentially with a background in veterinary or animal health, the Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for working closely with their local referral hospital to drive top line business growth and local referring vet engagement through relationship building and effective targeted communication.

The primary objective of the BRM is to identify and develop new business opportunities, provide some account management to existing key referring practices, and to gain feedback from the veterinary practices on what would need to be true for them to consider referring if they are not currently, .

The role will be working closely with your designated hospital Senior Leadership Team, Marketing Manager and Finance Business Partner to provide business relationship plans that align with the business objectives to drive top line growth.

About us

We are a true multidisciplinary referral only hospital with departments in orthopedic surgery, soft tissue surgery, neurology, internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, anesthesia, ICU and and emergency out of hours service. Each of the clinical disciplines is staffed to European Diplomate and RCVS Specialist standards. The hospital is well equipped and provides excellent inpatient facilities with qualified RVNs, Veterinary Surgeons Diplomate’s and residents, interns and support staff on-site 24/7. Imaging includes computed radiography, fluoroscopy (with digital subtraction and road-mapping), ultrasonography and on-site MRI and CT.
