Client Care Manager – Gower Vets, Swansea, Wales

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Reception Manager to join our lovely team at Gower Veterinary Clinic!

Roles and responsibilities

You will play a key role in leading and empowering the front of house team to deliver an outstanding and polished experience to our clients and their pets!
As such, previous line manager experience, and the ability to demonstrate experience of leadership, development, coaching and motivational skills is essential.

The successful applicant will be highly organised and proactive with ability to multitask, plan and prioritise effectively in accordance with business needs.

We’re looking for people with a passion for delivering the best possible service and outcomes for clients, colleagues, and the wider Linnaeus group.

You will be actively monitoring and responding to client feedback, to ensure we share best practice, celebrate success, and learn from the opportunity’s client feedback offers.
As line manager to the client care team you’ll be:

  • PERFORMING REVIEWS AND APPRAISALS
  • IDENTIFYING AND ADDRESSING STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT NEEDS AND PRODUCING PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS.
  • COMPLETING CLIENT CARE TEAM WORKING ROTA
  • PERFORMING INDUCTIONS
