Client Care Manager – Norcross Vets, Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire

The Role

We are currently looking for a Client Care Manager to join our friendly team in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire. This is a part time role working a mix of early and late shifts 4 days per week with occasional weekends to cover holidays and sickness. Duties for this role will include managing a team of receptionists, managing rotas and holidays, looking after every aspect of the client journey, managing the website, net promoter score, customer service, delivering training to staff, monitoring phone statistics, looking after social media accounts and google my business and promoting our Pet Health Club and Nutrition within the practice.

About Us

We are a purpose built practice based near Blackpool, which has good links to the Lake District, Manchester and Liverpool. We are creating a new leadership team to take the practice to the next level and to create a great experience for every client that walks through the doors. We have a great, open, light and airy workspace with great equipment and we are hoping to achieve hospital status in the future.

We have a fabulous team of 6 Veterinary Surgeons, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 4 Animal Nursing Assistants and 6 Receptionists who are all looking forward to welcoming a new member to the team.

Applicant Requirements

Our ideal candidate would be a Registered Veterinary Nurse with leadership experience or someone with veterinary experience. Customer service skills must be excellent and a good knowledge of pet nutrition and preventative health care would be great. Someone who is savvy with Facebook, Instagram and google my business platforms would be an advantage.
