The Client Care Team Leader will be responsible for the delivery of first-class client care, efficient management of the sales ledger and cash flow with regard to the collection of outstanding fees, and effective leadership of the reception and centre services team.
You will work closely with the Head of Operations and Client Care Leads to ensure the efficient delivery of outstanding client care. You will work enthusiastically with the client care and centre service teams to help maintain a happy and efficient working environment whilst ensuring practice and group policies are adhered to.
This role requires strong, inclusive, decisive leadership, clear communication and the ability to inspire and motivate the team in order to deliver the practices goals. The position will include providing performance reviews, training and coordination for all relevant associates working within your team. Approximately 80% of the working week will be spent undertaking operational client care duties working alongside the client care team providing excellent service to our clients.
This is a full-time permanent role.
