Client Care Team Leader – Blythwood Vets Bushey, Herts

Multi-site veterinary group with four practices located in Hatch end, Bushey, Northwood and Stanmore. A high-end first opinion practice which has been established in the local area for over 40 years. We are also part of the wider Linnaeus group owned by Mars Veterinary Health which enables us to have direct access to some of the country’s leading consultants and referral centres.

Your role and responsibilities

The Client Care Team Leader is a key role in ensuring we not only meet but strive to continually exceed the expectations of our customers and deliver a first-class client care experience. As the Client Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management of the branch and the client care team. Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills are fundamental to provide a conducive and supportive working environment. The Client Care Team leader is also responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch including adherence to statutory checks, administration and stock management. Collaboration with all of the practice teams, including clinicians and clinical support staff, is essential to succeed in this position.

Negotiable 32 40 hours
