The Clinical Nursing Manager (CNM) role is key to the businesses ability to provide a high level of clinical standards. This will include strategic, professional and operational leadership to the nursing team across the practices.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about leading and supporting their team to provide the highest level of care for our patients. You will be working as part of the senior leadership team to give a voice to the nurses and advise on the nursing impact of decisions. Whilst this is a leadership position, the role will involve taking an active part in clinical duties for 80% of your working hours.
We believe that our nursing teams should sit at a senior level within all our practices and therefore, the role of Clinical Nursing Manager has been created to provide a platform for Nurses to develop whilst also having a say in strategic business aspects.

Oak Barn is a first opinion practice situated in a beautiful location in Shalford, Surrey. We carry out a range of procedures, including laparoscopic spaying in our large theatre and have in-house lab equipment, endoscope, X-ray, ultrasound, and separate dog and cat wards (we have an ISFM Feline Friendly Accreditation!) We also have The Wellness Centre on-site, where we can offer our patients hydrotherapy, laser therapy, and physiotherapy treatments
