Clinical Support Services Co-ordinator – Parkvets, Kent

Because not all vets are the same… We are a RCVS accredited pratice which consists of 9 sites conveniently located across south-east London and north-west Kent, one of which is a 24 hour Hospital.  We have an outstanding team which is made up of approximately 30 vets, 30 nurses, 30 client care assistants and 30 support staff and we pride ourselves on the delivery of gold standard care.  Many of our vets and nurses are certificate holders and we are a Compassion Understood Platinum practice and an ISFM gold standard practice.  Our inpatient care is second to none, and this is portrayed throughout our whole team.

Here at Parkvets we want to make life as simple as possible so we have extensive in-house laboratory facilities providing speedy test results, accessible parking at al locations, Parkvets@home – our own home visiting service at standard consulting prices, 24HourVet – our own emergency care service, visiting MRI once a month and Poshpets – our in-house grooming facility.

Our CSS Team provides support for our 30 Vets and are responsible for all apects of insurance processing, surgical bookings, end of life care and support, equipment maintanance and repairs, health & safety, practice standards and much more.  The Team is mainly made up of ex-RVNs and we are now looking for one more to allow the team to be even more effective.

Are you a Qualified Veterinary Nurse or a very experiences unqualified Nurse, looking to hang up their greens and move into a Clinical support role?  You need to have strong organisation skills and be able to multi task and process work quickly and efficiently.  Most important you will be used to talking to clients and making their problems your own.
