As a deputy Practice Manager at Alphavets, you’ll be a driving force behind operational efficiency, staff development, and client satisfaction. Working across our Langstone and Risca practices, your responsibilities will span team management, office operations, financial oversight, customer relations, and performance optimisation. Collaborating with the senior management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving key financial targets and executing strategic business initiatives.
You will work 40 hours over 5 working days, across both sites, Langstone and Risca.
Our Fantastic Sites
Alphavets operates over two easily accessible sites and both are equipped to offer a gold standard service. The Langstone site also houses a successful busy referral service for Orthopaedics, which will extend to soft tissue in the near future. Vets Now out of hours service are also housed in our Langstone site and provide 24/7 emergency cover.
