- Maintaining a high standard of customer and clinical care
- Liaising with HR, BSM and IVC
- Managing customer concerns
- Supporting the finance administrator with debt management
- Co-ordinate maintenance and servicing of equipment in the practice
- Co-ordinating practice standard inspections and progressing in the scheme
- Implementing and adhering to health and safety protocols
- Marketing of the business
- Covering financial duties whilst the current administrator is on leave
- Organising, conducting, and taking minutes from meetings between different departments
The hours are 37.5 hours across 5 days per week, with flexibility in how these hours are made up. No Weekend or out of hours work.The salary for this role is up to £30,000 depending on experience.
About Us
We have 4 clinical directors, a large team of vets and registered veterinary nurses, student veterinary nurses and animal nursing assistants, supported by our experienced team of receptionists and a financial administrator who manages payroll, debt, and invoicing.
Experience in the veterinary sector/a similar role is desirable. Our perfect applicant would also hold further management qualifications, but this is not essential. We are looking for applicants with good written and verbal English, the ability to manage people, deal with complaints and some knowledge of payroll and HR. Good organisational skills are essential, as is being a team player who likes tea & cake!
