Group Practice Manager – Cathcart & Winn Veterinary Clinic & Hospital, Farnham, Surrey/Basingstoke, Hants

Are you a proactive and well-organised individual with a keen eye for detail? Are you approachable with excellent people management skills?

As group practice manager you will look after the day-to-day running and overall development of the businesses. Responsible for coordinating business opportunities, client and staff feedback and assisting with personnel management. Formulating plans, implementing with a “can do” attitude, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills, whilst nurturing a supportive and people centered approach. Maintaining the Practice and Group core values is central to the role.

Required skills include:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and plan and prioritise effectively in accordance with business needs
  • Able to manage projects through to completion, meeting or exceeding deadlines and targets
  • Able to manage and forecast budgets.

You will be working alongside an experienced team of vets, nurses and receptionists across the practices, all aiming towards providing the highest standards of care while, maximising convenience, reducing customer effort and bond clients to the Practice.

You will ideally have previous experience in a client care environment, have experience of leadership and coaching skills, plus the ability to manage and forecast budgets.

Hours and package

  • Full-time role worked across 2 sites over 5 days
  • Salary of up to £43,000 (negotiable D.O.E)
