HR Admin Team Leader – MediVet, Watford, Herts

Our continued growth through incredible, positive change makes this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Admin Team Leader who is looking for fresh, career-building challenge. We are looking for someone with previous HR Admin Team Leader experience, leading a team through substantial change and a track record of implementing new processes to add value to the business.

Providing inspirational leadership for and guiding development of a small team, you’ll oversee management of every aspect of the employee lifecycle, ensuring we meet our compliance and governance responsibilities. Everything your team does should be focused on our practice teams and how we can improve every process and task for everyone’s benefit. A key element of this will be enhancing synergies between the HR and Recruitment teams to produce improved outcomes and efficiencies.

You’ll also work closely with the Recruitment, L&D and HR Field teams to maintain standards and identify opportunities, while also meeting frequently with management teams to assess service levels. As well as managing data, reporting and management information, you’ll also help to efficiently embed our newly outsourced Fleet Administration and lead the annual pay review.

As well as solid experience in a HR Admin Team Leader role, you will also have the excellent office IT skills essential to diligent administration. Unafraid to challenge the status quo, you’ll be curious to how things are done with the view that further efficiencies are always possible. Eager to add value and make your mark, you’ll bring an attention to detail and process driven, agile approach that gets things done.
