Staying at The Crowne Plaza includes tickets to the social events as well as bed and breakfast and access to the hotel’s leisure facilities.

  • Wednesday night accommodation includes our BBQ and welcome drinks
  • Thursday night accommodation includes tickets to the famous President’s Party where we will be inviting you to welcome incoming President Andrew Whitfield-Roberts and enjoy an evening of great food and dancing with a Country and Western theme.

Please note, booking your accommodation at The Crowne Plaza through VMG gives you a discounted rate and includes tickets for our evening social events. Rooms will be invoiced at the following rate - Single occupancy: £115 plus VAT per night, Double occupancy £165 plus VAT per night Overnight accommodation includes dinner (Welcome drinks and BBQ on Wednesday, President's Party ticket on Thursday) on the day of arrival and breakfast the day of check out.

Please note the President's Party is included with Thursday night accommodation, if you are not booking accommodation through VMG for Thursday night, but would like to attend the dinner, this is £70 plus VAT.
