Latest VMG Webinar recording link and CPD certificate available!

Our free Lunchtime Management Update (LMU) webinars for VMG members are back and the link to the recording and CPD certificate for the first,  ‘Help – we have a vacancy!’ with Caroline Pearson broadcast on Thursday 11 April, is now available in the Member Area of this website.  Recruitment is a challenge for many of our members so, in just 30 minutes, Caroline explained the elements of a successful recruitment campaign,  gave guidance on covering the tricky period before your new joiner starts and provided advice on planning your rotas and employing locums.

Caroline is a regular speaker at VMG-SPVS Congress and a vet, chartered manager and accredited coach. She worked as a small animal clinician for ten years before undertaking a senior managerial position in the recruitment industry.  She now runs Progressive Vet Consulting, providing individual coaching and in-practice training.
