Managing Director Referrals East – Linnaeus, Solihull, West Midlands

The role of Managing Director is a key senior, strategic leadership position within our Veterinary Referral business. You will be responsible for all aspects of performance of the Referral Hospital businesses within your remit, through the strong, inspirational leadership of your team of Hospital Directors, working with the hospital SLTs, business partners and other stakeholders. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and take responsibility for the continued delivery and growth of Linnaeus Referral Hospitals. This is an exciting Managing Director position with potential for career progression in a growing business leading within the Veterinary industry both within the UK and globally as part of Mars Veterinary Health.

 

In this key role you will ensure that your Hospital Directors and hospital SLTs are developed, motivated and inspired, so that they in turn provide strong leadership to their hospital teams. You will lead on the development and delivery of strategic initiatives to ensure your Referral Hospital businesses achieve clinical excellence. You will ensure a clear focus on well-being and engagement throughout your own team and the hospital teams. You will have accountability for business performance and deliver the annual business plan across all operational elements including quality, people, finance, compliance, client experience and sustainability.

DWR

Davies Veterinary Specialists

London Veterinary Specialists

Southfields Veterinary Specialists
