Our Special Friends (OSF) is a charity that helps people and their pets during times of difficulty. At OSF we believe that the bond between people and their pets is really important and beneficial to both so we support in any way we can to protect this relationship. Our Special Friends has a small staff team of animal lovers, and this role will be one of the key delivery roles within the organisation.
The Office Coordinator will work closely with other team members, especially with the Charity Manager to deliver OSF’s core services.
The post holder, initially with training and support, will be expected to take the lead on several aspects of running a community-based charity across a varied workload. They will also be involved in helping to build and maintain the OSF’s policy and procedures and be a key part of several new projects that will commence in 2023!
We are looking for either an experienced office coordinator or someone who wants to take that next step in their career. Most importantly, someone who cares about supporting people and their pets, who is conscientious, passionate, positive and ready to learn.

Reports to: Charity Manager
Salary: Circa £23,000 – £26,000
