Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen to join the Veterinary Vision team, as an Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the management and delivery of Client Services. Providing professional leadership, operational management, and crucial administrative support to the wider business. Ensuring exceptional delivery of service to clients, referring veterinary practices, and central support teams. Reporting to the Hospital Director and as part of the hospital’s senior leadership team, the role will contribute to the wider strategic management and development of the business, to include business relations, maintenance, purchasing and health & safety reporting.
The candidate needs to be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills. You will be required to travel to our four sites regularly to support our wider team. The ability to prioritise and multi-task is vital, as well as the ability to work within a small team and independently using initiative. Previous experience in a high-end customer service position is essential for this specialist role.
