Your mission?
What You’ll Do:
• Elevate every member of our team through guidance, development, and appraisals.
• Lead with civility and respect, setting an example for colleagues and clients alike.
• Champion our wellbeing and mental health initiatives, breaking down barriers, signposting support, and engaging with training.
• Promote effective communication and employee engagement.
• Drive financial performance in collaboration with your practice leadership team, ensuring we meet our targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, from HR and H&S to GDPR and compliance.
• Take charge of staff rotas, including out-of-hours provision, to fulfill our legal and professional responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the Area Director, Area Support Manager, and our Support Operations Centre, fostering effective communication and co-operation.
• Embrace flexibility and be open to other tasks as they come your way.
