Practice Manager – Bell & Partners, Coventry, Warwickshire

Bell & Partners are currently looking for a Practice Manager to join our team!

The role will include:

  • To manage, lead and develop the members of the reception team to ensure excellent teamwork delivering a continuous high standard of customer care
  • To manage, lead and develop all support functions to ensure a continuous high level of customer care
  • Diary management
  • Invoicing
  • Inventory
  • Payroll
  • Staff management
  • Sourcing locums

The rota includes working 5 days a week, between 08:30am – 18:30pm, 8.5 hours between these times. There are no weekends or out of hours.

 

Join our experienced and collaborative team

Our lovely team consists of 2 Veterinary Surgeons, 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Support Staff and 2 Student Veterinary Nurses. We do have a Clinical Director and Head Nurse that are on hand to offer support when needed.

 

Our Practice

Coventry is the second largest city in the West Midlands region after Birmingham, and with the practice being close to the M6/M69 it has good access to the surrounding areas such as; Leicester, Warwick and London.
We have everything needed to treat small animals here at the surgery – including X-ray, ultrasound, diagnostic equipment, full dentistry kit and an operating theatre – all under one roof.
