Practice Manager – Bulwell Vets4Pets, Nottinghamshire

Are you looking for the next step in your career?

Bulwell Vets4Pets are looking for a Practice Manager to join the team, who is inspiring and motivating and ready to lead the way – This can either be an existing practice manager, Head Nurse or Reception team leader looking to take the next step.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in people management, great problem-solving abilities, with proven leadership, planning and motivating abilities. Veterinary experience would be desirable.

You will be responsible for enabling the business to operate effectively on a daily basis and, most importantly, will manage, encourage and motivate the team as a whole. You will be supporting the delivery of professional animal healthcare services and supporting the Joint Venture Partner in delivering their business objectives to maximise potential.

We are a friendly practice and get on very well as a team. We also have a lovely bunch of clients who are very keen to get the best for their pets and work together with us to achieve this, allowing us to really use our veterinary knowledge and skill to the full.

We are looking for full time candidates, working 40 hours a week with a rota that will include some weekends but no OOHs.

If you share our passion for delivering outstanding pet healthcare, exceptional customer service and would like to join our team, then we would love to hear from you.

What we can offer you:
• Discounts including 20% off at Pets at Home and the Groom Room.
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
• Pension scheme of 3% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution
• Income protection after 1 years’ service.
• Death in Service benefit of 4 x salary.

We want our colleagues to be as diverse as our clients. Our teams are inclusive and celebrate difference so if you meet our role requirements, we’d love to hear from you.

Pets just see people. They aren’t biased and they don’t discriminate. We take our inspiration from pets, and we value and respect difference in all its forms. Our aim is to reflect the diversity of the communities we operate in, and every colleague can help us achieve this. We encourage our people to be themselves so even if your skills and experience don’t perfectly align, if you think you can make a unique contribution through your values and behaviours, we want to hear from you!
