Practice Manager – Downland Vet Group, East Sussex

Downland Veterinary Group East Sussex is a group of 4 clinics based on the south coast. We have a friendly and dedicated team who offer great customer service. We recently relocated one site to a newly renovated building and are now looking to grow and expand the work that we do. Recently we have introduced 2 full in-house lab panels, digital x-ray, dental x-ray and ultrasound. The group has huge potential for growth and a great career development plan for the right candidate.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday. There is no OOH, working pattern can be flexible to suit candidate and clinic needs. This role is a full practice management role for four clinics. You will have day to day responsibility for overseeing the whole team, managing shift patterns, finance, marketing, new projects, clinic relations and helping develop the clinical standards within the group. You will also become a member of the larger DVG senior management team which oversees a group of 13 clinics with 170 staff.

We are looking for a driven and passionate team player who has the vision to develop this group and support and manage the team in a proactive way. You will need to be able to work independently but also communicate and work with members of the larger group management team. A good clinical understanding is a benefit but most importantly a passion and commitment to the work is required.
