Everyone here is focused on our patients and clients, and you will be too as you answer calls and queries, make appointments and take payments, and ensure the practice is safe and well-stocked.
As a Practice Coordinator you will work closely with our two Branch Partners and Regional support team to make sure you take responsibility for the practices: Debt, Client Insurance, Health Plan administration, manage weekly practice meetings and help train and develop the team.
Reception, Administration and Practice Management Experience is essential (minimum of 3 years’ experience), you’ll also receive support and training. You must share our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you’ll also take the initiative in customer service and have caring, thoughtful communication skills. Of course, share our love of animals and be able to deal with patients and clients in sometimes distressing circumstances.
Good written and spoken English, a positive approach to solving problems and the ability to work under pressure as needed are also essential.
Full time 40 hours a week, no weekends

Skills and Experience
Reception and Administrator experience is essential – minimum of three years.

Our branch is a newly refurbished and beautifully formed practice set in gorgeous rural town of Denham.
Denham is a two vet practice with a team of three nurses. It is located less than 30 minutes away from our hospital offering support from certificate holders.
