The varied role encompasses all of HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Budgeting, Debt Management, Health & Safety, Marketing and Community Engagement.
Mixed Veterinary practice can be unpredictable, and the successful candidate should be capable of thriving in an environment where plans for a working day need to be altered at short notice.
You will be working 40 hours per week. Whilst there is no requirement for regular out of hours or weekend work, the successful candidate would be expected to be prepared to attend occasional meetings and represent the practice as required at various events that might take place outside of traditional office hours.
Rota and Salary
The salary will be up to £30,000 depending on experience.
Nominally 5 days per week but flexible and can be negotiated.

Applicant Requirements
The successful candidate should be able to communicate clearly in person, on the phone and in writing to colleagues and clients. A good understanding of IT and ideally Health & Safety is required. Prior experience of managing a team and running payroll is desirable.
