We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join our friendly practice, Sanders Vets!
Daily duties would include; managing payroll, holidays, HR, dealing with financial complaints, debt management, PHC, organising price changes, stock takes and supporting the clinical team.
You will be required to work 5 days per week, with shift patterns 9 am-5 pm but we are happy to be flexible. No weekends or out of hours.
We offer a generous salary of up to £30,000 subject to experience and background.
About Us
Sanders is a small animal practice in South Wales, Cwmbran. We are based in a small town with good transport links including a local train station and close to the M4. Our close-knit team is made up of 4 permanent vets, 5 qualified veterinary nurses, one VCA and an excellent administrative/support team. Amongst our team, we have 1 veterinary diagnostic imaging certificate holder and no specialists.
Applicant Requirements
Previous practice management experience preferred, experience of being a practice manager in other industries such as NHS would be accepted. You will have good computer skills, good knowledge of P&L, excellent communication, teamwork and empathy, and the ability to manage difficult situations both with staff and clients.
