Sidcup Vets4Pets are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join the team, who is inspiring and motivating and ready to lead the way.
• Salary up to £35k dependant on experience.

We are looking for an experienced manager to join our Sidcup practice, to be a part of our leadership team alongside our Head Nurse and Practice Administrator.
The successful candidate must have great problem solving abilities, with proven leadership, planning and motivating abilities.
You will be responsible for enabling the business to operate effectively on a daily basis and, most importantly, will manage, encourage and motivate the team as a whole. You will be supporting the delivery of professional animal healthcare services and supporting business objectives to maximise potential.
We are a friendly practice and get on very well as a team. We also have a lovely bunch of clients whom are very keen to get the best for their pets and work together with us to achieve this, allowing us to really use our veterinary knowledge and skill to the full. Our team is made up of 2 Vets, 3 RVNs, 2 VCA , 1 Practice Administrator and 4 Client Care Advisors.
Previous experience in a veterinary practice manager role is essential. We are looking for full time candidates, working 40 hours a week with a rota that will include some weekends but no OOHs.
