As a Practice Manager at Doctor Doolittle’s, you’ll be the driving force behind operational efficiency, staff development, and client satisfaction. Working across our Cardiff and Penarth practices, your responsibilities will span team management, office operations, financial oversight, customer relations, and performance optimisation. Collaborating with the General Manager and other leaders, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), while also proactively identifying marketing opportunities.
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday with no weekend work. This is a maternity cover position for approximately 9 months.
Our Exceptional Practice
The successful candidate will join our Doctor Doolittle’s Cardiff & Penarth branches, part of a group of 8 practices based in South Wales. Both branches are in a fantastic location in the heart of the community.
About the Team and Culture
Joining our close-knit group, you will be working alongside our General Manager and 3 Practice Managers. Based at the practices, your teams will consist of 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 1 Head RVN, 3 RVN’s, 1 SVN, 1 NA, 2 Reception supervisors, and 2 Receptionists.

Our ideal candidate possesses previous experience in team management or leadership within the veterinary industry. Confidence, proactivity, and effective communication are essential qualities that will enable you to succeed as a Practice Manager at Doctor Doolittle’s.
Salary up to £36,000 depending on experience
