Well House Veterinary Clinic have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join their team. We have a diverse working day and will offer a stable and positive working environment.
As our Practice Manager we would need you to ensure that all support functions within the practice run effectively at all times through clear communication, leadership and management. To set an example of professional conduct at all times. To support projects instigated by the Partners with the aim of driving the business forward. To be receptive to new ideas and encourage Reception team involvement. To ensure that Reception runs effectively & efficiently and all times through communication, leadership, and management. To liaise with the Business Support Manager and colleagues at Head Office to ensure effective communication, co-ordination, and co-operation. The role will be working 40 hours over 5 days with flexibility within the role covering both Tunbridge Wells & Crowborough Well House Practices.
Salary for the role is up to £34,000 per annum depending on experience.
We border on Ashdown Forest, an area of outstanding natural beauty and a great way to walk off the stresses after the working day. Both clinics are near a mainline train station for London/Gatwick for that quick dinner followed by a visit to the theatre. We have achieved the ISFM Silver Accredited cat-friendly clinic. We have all the usual equipment and facilities including ultrasound, in-house laboratories, endoscopy, digital x-ray, theatre suite, and separate cat and dog wards. We also have a Dental Suite.
About the Team and Culture
Currently, our team consists of 2.5 Veterinary Surgeons with two of them being a Senior Veterinary Surgeons, 1 Head Nurse, 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, and a brilliant support team consisting of, 1 Kennel Assistants, 3 Receptionists.
We are a close team who believe in working together to provide a high standard of care for our clients and patients. We have an ethos at Well House that includes the sharing of knowledge and experiences as paramount to ensuring that we remain a cohesive team and share best practices. Onsite parking at both sites.
We are expecting our new Practice Manager to have management experience within a customer service or Veterinary background.
