We are looking for a Practice Manager to continue the inspiring leadership of our successful and amazing practice group, Westmount Vets in West Yorkshire.

As a Practice Manager, you will work closely with our Clinical Directors and will be responsible for the day to day running of our practice sites but also working on a broader strategy in line with our company vision. You will be involved in all aspects of practice management including financial responsibility, debt and cost control, customer service, people management and general management of our premises. You will need strong leadership skills with an ability to be forward thinking, influence and engage with our people and steer them through change, be experienced in leadership and management. There has to be some flexibility within your working pattern and you have to be prepared to participate and contribute at regional meetings and conferences away from the practice.
The practice group is very busy every day and has a huge potential to grow in many areas with the aim to achieve commercial, clinical and developmental goals for the practice.
All our five sites are well equipped for consulting, laboratory diagnostics, imaging and surgery.
Our main site has hospital status and has recently undergone an internal refurbishment.
We have a team of highly skilled and experienced veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses providing great support and development for our new graduates and student nurses. We support and encourage development and we have several people working towards post-graduate certificates.
We deal with a huge variety of surgical cases and pride ourselves with a high level of in-patient care.
