Your Responsibilities
Championing Exceptional Client Experiences: Lead and nurture our reception team to ensure our clients receive nothing short of outstanding service.
Financial Mastery: Oversee financial aspects, from managing debt collection to handling insurance claims and payroll.
Collaborative Relationship Building: Forge strong bonds with various departments within IVC, fostering collaboration and growth.
Team Development: Conduct monthly 121s and bi-annual appraisals, guiding our team members towards their best potential.
Employee Relations Expert: Become the go-to person for employee relations, with the support of our HR team.
Operational Efficiency: Keep our ship sailing smoothly by coordinating maintenance, repairs, and efficient scheduling.
Social Media Maven: Manage our social media accounts to connect with our clients and keep them informed.
Team Support: Assist with input schedules, holiday management, and absence coordination.
This is a full-time position, primarily working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings when required.
Up to £36,000 depending on experience and up to £2,000 in relocation support plus benefits
