Practice Marketing Support Manager (UK) – remote working with travel

The Practice Marketing Support manager will be responsible for the implementation of marketing tools to help practices attract, delight and retain clients, the successful candidate will guide practices towards adoption of digital tools and local marketing initiatives to meet evolving customer values and aspirations. This position reports to the Head of Practice Marketing UK & Ireland and will be part of the UK marketing department and will be involved in creating and updating marketing best practice guidelines and creation and delivery of marketing training for practice staff.

The Practice Marketing Support Manager will be responsible for the review and analysis of existing practice marketing activities for individual practices to determine marketing positioning, communicating these findings through detailed reports and presentations to inform marketing strategies within the practice and the wider group. Working in a consultative way with stakeholders to produce new marketing plans and strategies as well as recommending specific approaches and spending budgets to achieve desired objectives.

The role is a mix of home working and travelling – dependent on travel restriction with some overnight stays. The regional area of practices covered by successful applicant will be dependent on your home location but may include up to half the UK & Ireland practice estate.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills required from inception to delivery and post analysis and will be competent at simultaneously managing multiple projects and prioritising workload. Can confidently work with a variety of stakeholders communicating appropriately to different audiences. This position is best suited to a self-motivated organised individual, with an approachable ‘can do’ attitude and excellent communication skills.
