Regional Administrator – Medivet Support Centre, Watford, Herts

The Role

We are looking for two regional administrators to support the Area Managers and Divisional Support Administrators in the planning of practice rotas, managing day-to-day administrative duties, providing support in areas such as absence recording, locum management, holiday processing and managing sickness.

Key Accountabilities

  • Supporting the completion of rotas for our Nursing teams in conjunction with our Divisional Support Administrators
  • Completing “return to work” meetings with colleagues who have been absent, and processing sickness notes
  • Responsible for answering day-to-day queries via phone or email linked to Quinyx or the rotas
  • Responding and scheduling holiday requests and CPD requests
  • Processing overtime requests and information
  • Scheduling interviews
  • General support with facilities management
  • General admin tasks for the division as required such as organising meetings, taking minutes and actions, collation of data/information for ad hoc requests
  • Any other ad-hoc duties, as and when required

Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in all Microsoft products, especially Excel
  • A strong communicator who demonstrates strong influencing skills
  • Excellent organisational skills – a planner who can ensure deliver within tight timescales
  • Team player, working collaboratively with Regional Director, Area Managers and the other Divisional Support Administrators
  • Previous experience of rota management systems would be an advantage
  • Previous administration experience, ideally gained within a multi-site environment
