The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills and experience in providing administration support to a team and to internal customers. If you like variety then this is the role for you, each day will see you answering telephone and email queries, utilising job boards and social media channels to advertise vacancies, sending out offer letter and contracts, checking right to work documentation, coaching our hiring managers through the recruitment process, providing administration support to the team and spinning many plates in the air!
This is a full-time role of 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the work of Blue Cross, and this post, it may be necessary to exceed these hours when the workload demands.
With the COVID-19 situation, this role is currently home-based until September, where we will then return to the offices trialling a hybrid model of a mixture of office and home based.
What is required?
We are looking for people with the following:
• Demonstrable experience of working in a busy office environment, and supporting multiple teams
• Proven track record of prioritising and organising work and projects
• Proven administration skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work proactively, without supervision and independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• IT literate with MS Office and web-based databases and platforms

• Experience of working within recruitment/HR administration
