Training Department Administrator – Goddard Wanstead Vet Hospital, NE London

We are seeking an efficient and organised administrator to join our training department team on a part time basis at Wanstead Veterinary Hospital, in North East London. You will be providing administrative support to academic colleagues in the training department of Goddard Veterinary Nursing College.  

This varied role involves a range of activities which underpin the day-to-day operations of the college and training department. This includes the production of college documents, administration support for office systems and processes, maintenance of student records to include administration for recruitment, retention, and funding.

Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 is also essential. Previous experience working within a college environment, or internal quality assurance role is preferable.

This role could also be perfect for an RVN looking to step away from a fulltime role in practice, and have the best of both, between a flexible 20 hours administrative role per week, then optional nursing shifts on the side that suit you!

The salary for this part time role is £13 per hour. The 20 hours per week will be worked across either 4 or 5 days, and the flexibility of hybrid working can be explored.
