Two new graduates join VPAC 2020 cohort!

Congratulations to the two newest graduates of the VMG’s Veterinary Practice Administration Certificate!

Lyanne De Sousa, Head Veterinary Nurse at Zasman Vet in Crouch End, London; and Jean McGill (pictured), Head Administrator at The Veterinary Centre Uddingston, have become the latest brilliant practice people to complete the nine modules and be awarded the VPAC.

The VPAC is a distance-learning course covering the foundations of veterinary practice office procedures, finance, IT, marketing, personnel, ethics and law, veterinary support, and customer care.  It is the perfect first step for anyone wanting to progress their career in veterinary practice management.  Intakes are in September and April each year.
