Bridge Veterinary Group consists of a hospital site in Middlesbrough providing veterinary care 24-7 and two branches in Hartlepool and Billingham, respectively. Bridge Vets has been working in Middlesbrough for over 25 years. We also have branches in Hartlepool and Billingham with the hospital being easily found in Middlesbrough. We are a 9 vet dedicated small animal practice with a wide variety of interests and expertise.

As a Practice Manager, you will work closely with our Clinical Director and will be responsible for the day to day running of our practice sites but also working on a broader strategy in line with our company vision. You will be involved in all aspects of practice management including financial responsibility, debt and cost control, customer service, people management and general management of our premises. You will need strong leadership skills with an ability to be forward thinking, influence and engage with our people and steer them through change. There has to be some flexibility within your working pattern and you have to be prepared to participate and contribute at regional meetings and conferences away from the practice.

The practice is very busy every day and has a huge potential to grow in many areas with the right practice manager in place to support the Clinical Director and to achieve the commercial, clinical and developmental goals for the practice.
