Amy is a Registered Veterinary Nurse with 25 years’ experience in clinical veterinary practice, small animal, exotic and referral. For nearly 20 years Amy has been a veterinary leader, both clinical and non-clinical in various roles.
Being VMG’s Learning and Development Manager  means that she gets to do her favourite part of a Practice Managers job every day – development. For Amy, leadership means continually developing herself and those around her to increase leadership capability across the team, designing progression opportunities and succession planning.

As a coach and mentor Amy’s proudest days involve seeing someone, she has supported shine at their brightest or receiving feedback that they have reached a milestone.
