Andrew has held many roles with veterinary practice since joining in 2008, including Practice manager, Senior nurse and Head nurse. Andrew’s main passions lie within nurse utilisation, management and support of team development . He holds a certificate and diploma in consulting, certificate in practice management and  a certificate physiotherapy and rehabilitation certificate . He currently works at White Cross Vets St Helens and Widnes (IVCE) and is a Director at VMG.

What leadership means to Andrew: “To me, leadership is about inspiring others while creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential. In a veterinary setting, leadership goes beyond clinical expertise; it’s about fostering a culture where teamwork, compassion, and continuous growth are at the forefront.”

Andrew’s proudest achievement as a leader:  I don’t feel I have a proudest moment but more so I am proud of my journey. A journey that has been help and shaped by wonderful people , fantastic leaders and self drive.
