Caroline graduated from vet school in 1999 and worked in Small Animal practice in Oxfordshire and Wiltshire for 10years before moving into a managerial role within an ex-military recruitment company. Here she had the opportunity of working with many multi-national corporations and developed a keen interest in performance enhancement and effective leadership.

Caroline pursued this interest, undertaking a Master’s in Business Management and Veterinary Leadership, before founding Progressive Vet Consulting, where she works with veterinary practices and individuals to challenge, and hopefully improve, their current leadership. She is an experienced Analytic Network Coach and speaker and joined the VMG tutor team in 2022.

In her spare time, Caroline is a mum of two teenage boys and a competitive swim coach, spending many hours overheating poolside. She enjoys travelling; walking countless miles with the family’s working golden retriever; and a good book in front of the fire.
