Jen joined the office in 2024 and is our Student Services and Quality Lead, as well as Lead IQA and a Member of the Institute of Leaders and Affiliate of the City & Guilds Institute. Originally qualifying in business management while working for the NHS, she has spent the past eight years focused on the veterinary industry across both not-for-profit and for-profit sectors.

A self-described “lifelong student,” Jen holds a wide range of accredited, formal qualifications and truly understands the value of education and the realities of balancing study alongside work. As the first point of contact for all education-related enquiries, she oversees our quality assurance procedures and brings particular insight to our programme having completing the VMG/ILM Level 5 Certificate in Veterinary Leadership and Management and is always ready to support and champion our students.
