Max graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2019 and began his career as a companion animal veterinary surgeon in East Sussex. Since then, he moved back to Cambridgeshire – and in 2023 became clinical director for a group of four practices Based in Peterborough and North Cambridgeshire. His focus has been on improving staff wellbeing with flexible working and role adaptation. His main interests include veterinary management pathway transition and non-clinical skills for recently graduated vets.
Outside of work he enjoys strength training, and walks with his partner with their partially-sighted young cocker spaniel, Kerry.
