Dr Natasha Demir graduated as a vet from the University of Glasgow in 2012. After a year in mixed practice, she started at Kingston Veterinary Group in Hull, a 6 site 100% small animal practice with a tier 3 hospital, which joined IVC Evidensia in 2014.  She then took the role of Clinical Director in 2016, where she was able develop her leadership skills before joining the operations team at IVC Evidensia in as a Group Veterinary Advisor in 2018.

She is now a Regional Veterinary Manager looking after the North region and has particular interests in the strategic use of data in business development, sustainability and mentoring and developing leaders. She holds the RCVS CertAVP and the CertVBM from the University of Liverpool.
