Sairéad is the RCVS Head of Centre and Lead IQA in the veterinary nursing department at City College Norwich, in Norfolk. She oversees the veterinary nursing programme, ensuring compliance with RCVS, Ofqual, AO and IfATE standards.

Sairéad is an experienced educator, veterinary professional and quality assurer, within further and higher education, regulatory compliance and veterinary sciences and has played key roles in advancing veterinary education and assessment.

Having balanced study with full time work herself, Sairéad understands students’ challenges and is committed to accessible and supportive learning. She is a champion for education as a transformational experience. Through mentorship, curriculum design and academic support, she encourages and facilitates learners to achieve their goals.
