Leading Change in Veterinary Practice

The key aim for this course is to provide you with practical strategies for delivering change in the real world. You will be invited to think about changes you want to implement or are currently delivering in your practice or organisation, and come away with tools and strategies tailored to your needs.

The sessions will be practical and interactive. You will carry out exercises and self-assessments, as well as practice skills. We will provide a rich environment where you can discuss challenges, learn from others, share your own experiences and benefit from the knowledge and support of the group.  There will be preparation and homework to do between sessions, as well as follow-up coaching for ongoing support.

We’ll focus on the people aspect of change management as our experience shows that this is what people find challenging. The focus therefore will be on how to deliver and enable sustainable change by improving communication, increasing motivation and fostering ownership and accountability.
